All local orders (Kuwait only) will be delivered within 24 hours. Flat rate of 2 KD will be charged for all areas. *Express delivery can be requested by emailing orders@ecotisticalme.com and we will do our best to accommodate. All international shipments will be sent Via DHL. Order processing takes 1-2 days. Delivery can take 2-5 days depending on delivery location, COVID restrictions and delays. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.

If you wish to return your purchased item, kindly email us at returns@ecotisticalme.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process. *Please note shipping charges and bank transaction fees will not be refunded. The item returned must be in the same condition it was received with all tags intact. Return shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount. Sale items are not eligible for return - they can only be exchanged.
